I’ve worked as a professional animator for over a decade contributing to projects under some of the biggest names in the industry, including Ubisoft, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Animal Logic, Pixar, Disney, and Dreamworks working on films like Hotel Transylvania 3, The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, Turning Red, Lightyear, Strange World, Trolls Band Together and Kung Fu Panda 4.
But as much as I love working on these blockbuster projects, I’ve discovered another passion in sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring animators. There’s something truly magical about guiding others on their journey and seeing their creativity flourish.
In my years as both an animator and a teacher, I’ve come to believe that education should be a personalized experience. Just as no two animators work the same way, no two students learn the same way. Many schools take a “one size fits all” approach to learning which I believe leaves far too many students behind without the support they need to succeed. By tailoring to the specific needs and aspirations of each student we can foster growth and unlock the true potential within. It’s a philosophy that has proven time and time again to be the most effective way to learn animation, ensuring that no talent goes untapped.
So, whether you are a complete beginner eager to learn the fundamentals or an experienced animator looking to refine your craft, I’m here to guide you on your animation journey. Together, we can embark on an adventure of creativity, imagination, and endless possibilities. Let’s explore the world of animation and bring your unique visions to life!
